Welcome to JobTracker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JobTracker application and services. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JobTracker, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

JobTracker is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps you organize and track your job applications. Our service includes:

• Kanban-style job application tracking board
• Status management for applications
• Notes and contact management
• Application history and analytics

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans

JobTracker offers the following paid subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $5.00 per month
• Annual Plan: $50.00 per year (save 2 months)

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• You can manage your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the service

6. Your Content and Data

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to JobTracker, including your job application information, notes, and contacts.

License

You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve our service.

Data Export

You may export your data at any time through your account settings.

JobTracker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

• You may request a copy of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after the retention period

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
